    Is it possible to have LONG & STRONG hair?
    Hi, is it REALLY possible to have long hair that is also strong? Once my hair is longer below shoulders I get a feeling it's not as strong as when it's above shoulders and I'm a young adult. Thanks for your help

    Each hair on the head grows at a rate of one half inch per month... no matter what we take or do. But you can have strong healthy hair by eating right and exercise. You can also take supplements containing vitamins and minerals to promote healthy hair growth. Be sure to trim your hair regularly to get rid of split ends, allowing your hair to look healthier.
