I don't understand. First do you have a lease? Second what are the grounds for eviction. Third, an apology?? Please tell us the WHOLE story so we can try to help.

To explain the situation with our landlord,A couple of weeks ago,our landlords son was across the road at our neihbors trailer lot.He knocked on his door and demanded that the neihbor come outside to show him that hid drain field runs under his house. The landlords son then looked over at me and inquired about a couple of tires that I had at the edge of the driveway. He was used lots of foul language, and even called a friend of our into the road wanting to fight with him.He then went down and turned the complete story around and brought the landlord up here, and she backed him up.My younger sister made a few comments to them, and now expects an apoligy from her or she will bring eviction notice to us

If you have a lease this incident is not grounds for an eviction. Is there a lease?

I am constantly amazed by this. A person posts a question that lacks a number of pertinent details. That is bad enough. They get responses asking for more info, often specific info. They respond with some new info, but they do not cover all the points asked for. There is a reason we ask specific questions!

So I repeat. Do you have a lease? Is it still in force?

When does the lease expire? If you have an inforce lease they can't evict you without cause.
