    Desolve Quick Claim Deed
Previous marriage I added wife's name to my residential property with quick claim deed now we are divorced she refuses to remove her name from residential property. Her name is not on the mortgage note with the bank is there any legal way of removing her name?

Yes, when in divorce court you have the judge do a division of property, if you win the house, he will order her to sign a deed back over.

But of course he may decide she owns 1/2 the house and you have to pay her for it also.

No way to make the quitclaim deed go away if she will not just sign it over of her own free will
