    What does it mean when one's a** hole itches?

    Probably hemorrhoids. Could be pinworms also if the itching is at night.

    It could be possible if you passed a larger than normal bowel movement and tore your rectal area. The itching you are feeling could be the healing process of the tear. Sorry if that's TMI.
