    Small claims for daughter
    My 25 year old daughter is a student in france. No plans to return to her home in Colorado. She has a document signed by my estranged husband to provide her support for another year. Can I file on her behalf and her not in the country?

    Hello again, Christina:

    I should have added that you can hire a lawyer for her, and she may never need to come back. Of course, she can too. They DO have telephones in France, don't they?
