    Hampton bays fan how to disassemble
    Okay well I thought my fan broke because I went to home depot and they guy told me its not the remote since the tiny blinking light still worked on the remote.

    It was the box thing on the inside of the fan.. now I'm trying to change the box and

    I took off the light part and I'm on the part wear it's the motor and the thing wear the blades are attached how the heck do I take it off.. I did not assemble it so I don't know.

    I can see the box but can't get to it

    How long ago did you buy your fan? It might be easier for you to take it down and return it for a replacement under warranty.

    ahhhh I got my dad to help me =] the box thing I got I was thinking to put it in the wrong place its supposedly go in the top part bubble closest to the ceiling but the box thing I got was too big to fit.. so I'm just going to get a new fan because its not that old but I think the warranty expired

    It's in different places on different fans. It can be replaced though.
