    How would one find out the standard procedure of operation for the Intoxilyzer 8000?
    There are protocols to be followed before it can be administered, correct?

    One would assume there ARE protocols. It should be public information. I would write a letter to your local police department asking them. Of course, your attorney can demand that they produce them...

    You also might write the company or Google it.
