    Carrier HVAC 8000
    What is the best way to maintain an HVAC unit. I am a first time home buyer and my system seem not to cool as it did the first part of the year.

    Post under heating section here will get more answers. But, Change filters often, Keep coils clean, clean fan. Best to have annual check up by quilified tech. He will check many other things that are not for diy. Good Luck
