    Hampton Bay Tripoli ceiling fan
Hi I have a Hampton Bay Tripoli ceiling fan and light it has a remote control the remote control does not work on low, only high and medium. The owners manual says model 739 237 or 739 200, The manual says it has a lifetime warranty, the contractor put it in the house when it was built 3 years ago. Is there any way to get it covered under the warranty when a contractor put it in the house. What would be the cost of fixing it.

What happens when you switch it to low? Does the remote LED light? Probably needs a new receiver.
