I'm always putting myselfdown how can I stop?
I'm a 15 year old girl and all my like I've been putting myself down because imbig, fat ugly failure I fail in like all of my exams there is nothing about me that I like and I can't go anywhere because I'm constantly worrying whether my family are OK and safe.
I just need some advice in ways I can stop picking on myself all the time because its all I ever do, always comparing myself to other people and wishing I could be like them |

Your just a normall girl we all think that and none of us are happy with our weight I know I'm not I'm a skinny wee runt that people keep saying to me look at you your getting skinner all the time.
