    How many 300 wattt Halogen lamps can I run off a 20 amp breaker using 12-2 wire

    If the load will ever run 3 hours or more, which is very likely, a 20 amp circuit shall not be loaded more than 80%, so only 6-300 watt lamps will be allowed.
