    Preventing Garnishment
I have a credit card judgement against me and have been notified of Writ of Garnishment. I have acknowledged the debt and want to work a payment plan out with the attorney without being garnished. Is this possible?

    Hello Doxie2
The time to work out a payment plan was BEFORE the judgement I doubt if they will take a payment plan because they have already have got a judgement and now can go after your wages and bank accounts but it does not hurt to try.

Well if you offered them MORE then they could take via a garnishment, they might agree to it. But otherwise what incentive do they have? Why should they accept less they they can get via garnishment.

The most problemsome was the nests near the gates that connected the deck to the pool area. We tried sprays of all kinds then just resorted to avoiding the main gate, but this...
