To Do "It" or Not To
I am facing a dilemma. My girlfriend and I have been dating for 3 years. We are already making future plans, which I am sure will come true. We also thought about having sex. We have already had oral, but kind of want to "kick it up a notch". I'm worried. I want too, but yet I don't want to put my girlfriend through a pregnancy. I refuse for that to happen. I have considered the following plan: 1) Wear a condom (common sense there) 2) Give at most 5 thrusts.. no more 3) NO ! I know my body well enough to realize when I am even remotely close to that. 4) End with just oral. Any flaws here? All advice is welcome, I just wanted some extra opinions.

Your 1st time will never end that way. Since you are making "future plans" why not wait till there is no ? As to what to do. You are obviously not ready.

How can you tell just by reading what I typed? All's I am saying is that I know that sex is a real thing that isn't just a toy. It is really dangerous. I understand that. I am also admitting I am scared. I am scared that if I don't by girlfriend might get angry/upset because I am less of a "man". What do you think?

Then she is foolish. You appear to be very mature for your age, but doing "it " to please her when you clearly are not ready, would be a mistake. If you were ready you would not be taking the time to second guess yourself here.

Thanks for your insight. I'm glad you didn't automatically judge me and waited to hear my side before coming to that. I think I will avoid it... and as you said, it seems like a mistake. Thanks a million! I wish you luck in all your future endeavors and may you help other kids like me

You realize that sex, protected or not, can result in pregnancy. If you are not ready to be a parent you are not ready to "kick it up a notch."
1) condoms fail
2) the 5 thrust rule is a myth. One does not have to ejaculate to emit sperm
3) you may know your body, but pre-ejaculate (which you CAN'T feel by the way) contains sperm
Unfortunately, and I am not judging here... there are plenty of flaws. You see birth control is just birth control, not birth prevention. Abstinence is the only 100% foolproof way of not becoming a parent.

Got home from the Brewer game this afternoon and noticed the house was warm(78). Outside was 91. I checked the T-stat and it was set correct. Noticed the air vents weren't blowing anything. Went outside and the condenser and fan was running fine. Then I went downstairs to the furnace unit to see...
A/C or Heat does not work w/thermostat set "on" or "auto".

A/C or Heat doesn't work in "on" or "auto". Fan will not come on at the "on" position either. I changed the batteries in the thermostat. I also read somewhere to disconnect the "Y" and hold it to the "R" on the thermostat for two minutes. That will tell me if the thermostat is the problem. ...
