    Storage of batteries
    Hi there,

Does anyone know if you can store new (but open from the store bought package) batteries in a plastic tupperware container until you need to use them. Also does anyone know for how long?

Each manufacturer will list the recommended shelf life of their batteries. Energizer states theirs will last 7 years, for example. Does not matter whether they are in a container still in the package or not.
