    That is a tricky one, being that it is theft over 5,000.

    You might get some jail time, but you might not. It would depend on many, many factors. Such as the Judge, how much you stole, how hard the Crown is pushing this, if you are remorseful.

    Your best advice would be to talk with a lawyer.
