Fathers visits were cancelled pending dads return to court
I am wondering, if anyone has any answers that can help.

If a fathers visitations were stopped PENDING dad coming back to court,( dad was the one that requested the order to begin with to get MORE visitations/custody with his daughter),( but was unable to make it to court) AND if dad was still making many attempts to still try to reach his daughter outside of court... does the court CONSIDER that he was still trying to make contact with his daughter?? Does it help dad at all or hurt him because the orders were temporary stopped? (mother was blocking attempts)

    We are in California
I am just curious of opinions or knowledge of this... Thank you...

I think as a father, he will and should always try and see his child, regardless, They would have to lock me in jail to stop me from trying to see my children. And actually my 1st wife had be arrested several times, I would drive to another state to visit them, and she would not allow me to see them, and call the police on me for tresspassing on her property.
If I was not working for the government at the time, and had some people important enough to make all of it go away I would have had a record. But nothing would have made me not try, my boys don't remember and most likely don't know, but I know I tried my hardest.

BUT:::: why was he not able to make a court date, that is going to really go against him with the judge, He has to be at court dates ahead of time, even being late makes it appear he is not concerned over the court and seeing the child.

He was at a very very bad point of his life.. court was in another county, he had no means of getting there, he was very honest in stating this in court...he expressed how much he loved his daughter........ all we can do is pray.
