Air Conditioning blower working, not cooling
My a/c fan is working, however, it is not cooling. Do I need to call a technician?

So the outdoor fan is not working? What about the compressor? Check first to see that you have power outside. Do you hear any noise out there?

Turn off the power and check your fuses if you don't have fuses try reseting the braker feeding your ac unit, pay attention if you hear any noise such a click ( this will be your power contactor starting the outdoor fan and compressor. Also check your thermostat it might not be working properly it might not be sending the signal to start cooling. To manually test, open your thermostat and you'll see red, green, and white colored wires.
Without moving the position of the wires get an extra piece or wire and put one end into the red wire and the other end into the white and go outside to see if fan and compressor start, wait for about 5 mns. Hope it'll work.
