    Signing name on deed
    If my husband signs his name on a house but I don't want to will I be liable as well?

    Hello cal:

    You'll need to tell us more than that. Liable for what?? If you own a house and buy the right insurance you're not liable for anything... But you probably want to know about the mortgage or something. I can't tell. Tell us everything about the transaction.
