    Live in NY, Work in NJ
    Hello,

    I live in New York state but work for a company in NJ. Do I have to pay taxes in both NJ and NY?

    Yes. For NJ file nonresident return for earnings within NJ. File NY resident. Report all income and take a tax credit for taxes paid to NJ.
