Live in NY, Work in NJ
    Hello,

I live in New York state but work for a company in NJ. Do I have to pay taxes in both NJ and NY?

    Thank you for your time

Yes. For NJ file nonresident return for earnings within NJ. File NY resident. Report all income and take a tax credit for taxes paid to NJ.
