This Happened To Me, They Have A Tool To Do It, But What I Did Was Go Under The House And Just Install A Clean Out In The Drain, Its Very Easy To Do. As Long As You Don't Mind Being Under The House For A Few Minutes

There are two types of tub waste and overflows. The most common is the one on the left. Remove the two screws in the chrome face plate and pull the linkage and stopper up and out. Feed your snake in the opening. You will hit a return bend in the trap about 19" down. Crank and work your way around it and put out about 10 or 15 more feet of snake. Flush the line with hot water afterward. Good luck, Tom
