Here's what I would try, prior to taking it to the dealer:

. Carefully test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Visual examination is not good enough, plus you run the risk of replacing fuses in the wrong slots.

. Replace the ignition switch and harness:

    1. Disconnect negative battery cable.

    2. Remove dashboard lower cover and knee bolster.

    3. Disconnect the 5-pin connector from the under dash fuse box and the 7-pin connector from the main wiring harness.

    4. Remove steering column covers.

    5. Insert key and turn it to "0".

    6. Remove two screws from switch and replace.

This is an easy job that you should be able to do yourself.

If you know it's not fuse or ignition switch related, I'd take it to Honda. If Honda knows it's recall related, they should fix it for you. I'd trust Honda.
