    Editing PS2 Games
    Is there any way to edit PS2 games, lets say Dragonball Z Budokai 3, and edit
    the character stats so their death moves are more powerful?

    I haven't played 3 yet, but is it not like 2, where you can upgrade your different abilities in the shop?
