    Can a creditor garnish my wage in Texas?
    I live in Texas and my car was repossessed couple years back can the bank come and garnish my wage or my bank now

    If there is an existing judgment, they can garnish you. If there is not a judgment, they can still sue and get one as long as they are within the statute of limitations.

    Actually Texas does not allow wage garnishment on personal debt. However, they can attach bank accounts. But they do need to get a judgment against you first.
