    Why won't it work
    I have a acer laptop and when I try to press the question mark button this é comes up how can I make that go away so I can use the question mark:confused:

    You may like to try theAcer Support Website. But by yourself, it can get complicated. You may need to go all the way into some deep files, but possibly not. I would try the Acer Support Site first.
