    Im Divorcing My Husband And Would Like To Know If Im Entitled To Any Benefits And If I Can Be Rehoused Off The Council I Have 2 Grown Up Children With Me They R 22 And 19

    You need to get a solictor (I assume you are in the UK by your reference to the Council) to determine what your rights are and to negotiate a divorce settlement.

    What benefits are you speaking of? If you mean health insurance, the answer is no since once you divorce you'd no longer be an eligible dependent. If your soon-to-be ex-husband has a pension, you will be entitled to a portion of that when he retires and begins collecting on it, depending on how many years you were married while he was paying into it.
