What do you guys think I should do about that??? She has called several times since she left and I do not answer my cell phone. I just don't have anything nice to say, so I am not saying anything right now.
It's hard to know what to do with a friend like that. I discovered a long time ago that the collection of "friends" that we gather as we go through life is not necessarily made up of only people that we like or respect. Some people seem to remain our friends in spite of themselves, and in spite of what we might prefer. I guess I've come to regard such people as "anti-gurus", i.e. people who demonstrate for us the fruits of foolish behavior and attitudes so that we can avoid them in ourselves. For that we should thank them. On the other hand, I don't think we're obligated to subject ourselves to their foolishness unnecessarily or indefinitely. Not answering your phone when you don't feel like talking to her is fine, as is Start's idea about calling her on some of her more outrageous behavior. But only if you can do it calmly and without anger, so as not to give it energy and perpetuate it.

Yes, calmly and don't let it turn ugly, close the conversation with I have to go now attitude and all will work out or not. I have noticed that I have friends, and then I have FRIENDS!! I love them all but chose not to be close with some.
Sara, she is testing you and you have to be stern. How old is she again..
Cowboy, you have a wonderful smile and a way about you that is a loving calm to me. Thank you for that. I bet when you frown you still look happy!

Sara, what did Canada do to get banned? I didn't know that could happen. I better watch out! LOL
As for Shayla, she is probably getting ready to master a new skill or something. Is she teething? Also, she probably sense the turmoil with moving and the stress you are feeling. This is her way of acting that out. Be patient. Tell her no when she kicks, bites or pulls hair, put her in time out or her room for a minute. After that, do not give her any attention for bad behavior and redirect her attention to something else, a specific activity or something. When she focus on that, give her love and attention. IT may work, it may not. Just thought I would throw a tip out there.
Not so Ordinary Cowboy, yes, you have a valid point. I am not sure why I continue to keep friendships with people like that. It is almost idiotic. I don't know if I can explain myself and stay calm when she lashes back. That is the hard part for me. I am disappointed and.. what then what? It is so much easier to give other people advice!!

Ok, when she does these things, you need to lay her down and let her be. OR distract her from that behavior... no more duct tape sweet... LOL Take her to a different area and give her something different to do. Sometime kids get bored of the same thing, mix it up and give her lot's of kisses. I know it is hard and tiring, it is worth it in the long run. Just wait that baby of yours is going to hold your hand and tell you she loves you soon enough.

Yes right, no need to question, wouldn't hurt you in anyway you should know it by now!
No need for questions... OK?
There is something about the people on here, they feel free to say and do everything under the sun. I get the feeling like if we were all face to face we would be put to the test... If it would be the quietest party ever or is it would just flow like here. I can't help but feeling that some of us would rather run to our computers.
I have always tried to be out spoken and honest... in all the threads, I don't pretend and what I say is what it is. Right now I am not even sure why I am saying this but an impact all of you and others on different thread you have made. For the better I am growing strong. Thanks

Yeah well Jude Law is an idiot, who the hell cheats on SIENNA MILLER, what a dumb a$$@!
Oh, look at Halle Berry and her exhusband. He was like a sex addict or something and slept with tons of people when he was married to her. He is such a moron. She is like one of the most beautiful people in the world! Why is it that when men cheat on beautiful women, it is usually with those who are less attractive or appealing than their own wives? I guess beauty is not the reason men are faithful! You are a young beauty SARA and your daughter is an absolute gem. YOur husband is very blessed to have you both!!
I know it isn't always the men you can't trust, its some of the backstabbing women who want your man that we worry about!!
Do you agree?
