Crud, my passport expires in April... darn it, have to get on that... now that we have to have passports to visit you!

You are definitely invited, as for controlling the barbecue, you'll have to fight hubby over that one, it's a man thing. Me make fire, me kill dinner, me cook dinner, UG!
I have to renew my passport as well, unfortunately it isn't that easy for me. I live in Canada but I'm a German citizen, that means I have to go to the German consulate, the nearest one is 1 1/2 hour flight away and after that I get to wait for up to 6 months for the passport to appear. Thank goodness I only have to do it every 10 years.

Wow... that really does stink! I have to get myself to a Passport renewal dealy thingy... think I need to take a trip to D.C. lots of awesome museums AND the passport place. Smithsonians... here I come! :)
Well all, bimbo girl has come to claim the computer and since I've been on here for a while now, I must bid you adieu. Besides, her gum chewing is going to drive me insane if I don't leave the room... ever want to just say, "didn't your mother teach you MANNERS???"
Crud, nastiness is arising in HChicky... I'm headed to Barnes and Noble... I'll get a coffee and sweet HC will be back...
Y'all have fun without me... Alty, BE GOOD! ;) Hit the lights on the way out!

Ihate - You've obviously never been to my neck of the woods, besides, I make everything fun (pat on back) including Canada. ;)
Where were you going that it got lame. And might I mention, I don't remember being 21, 20 I remember 22 as well, 21 is a blur. See, Canada is FUN!
Type to you later HChicky, don't worry, I'll keep these lads in line while you're gone. (getting out my whip!)

It's easy in Canada if you're a citizen, but I have landed immigrant status, not citizenship. I still need to get a german passport in order to travel, I also have to have my landed immigrant papers. It's a big mess. You'd think that having lived in Canada for the last 34 years I'd be a citizen by now. Just can't see myself forking over $300.00 to take a test that 89% of Canadians can't even pass. No thanks, I'd rather spend that money on coffee.

I don't even HAVE a passport. Need to get one, though. Last time I left the country, though, it was a 2-hour drive up to Vancouver, BC. We lived in Seattle at the time.
I think we just had to tell them what we were doing there when we crossed the border. Took like 23 seconds.

Oh, and stick might work for the flambeau thing.
Thing is, steel keeps sticking in my head, too (as in, flint and steel)

Hey, feeling unloved. I know that HChicky is the young, hip, pretty, girl and I'm just the old, married, mom of two, but what the heck. As soon as she signed off you guys jumped ship. Does my breath stink? I feel so unloved. Going to cry in my pillow, boo hoo hoo.:(
Nobody likes me, everybody hates me, might as well eat worms, big round juicy ones, great big jiggly ones, oh how they wiggle and squirm. Sigh.:p

Aw, thanks, I needed that. Maybe I can talk hubby into letting you help with the barbecue. :)
Now that I know that at least one of my friends still loves me, oh, by the way, right back at you babe, I've got to make the rugrats some dinner, they're starting to eye my bunnies while licking their lips. Hey, step away from the bunnies!

Oh, I see that *I* count for chopped liver.
Just because I'm at work and haven't had much time to check in doesn't mean I shouldn't count!

Hey, the bunnies are not, I repeat, not for the barbecue. Mental note, keep F4U away from my bunny babies. Naughty, naughty.
Synnen - You are not chopped liver, not by a long shot. I've missed you today. I think that you and I should start a crossword puzzle thread, what do you think, to hard?
Really got to cook some dinner now. Type to you all later.
Alty :)

I'm back. I'm back.
... was sitting at the library... studying... then it hit me. I hadn't had dinner. It also hit me. I ran 3 miles today.
Much less to say... the headache + cold feeling + weakness was from hunger.
I got the hell out of the library and got me some food. I'm back for dinner. Then I'm out again. Is it coincidental that HC and I left at the same time?
I'll let you guys ponder about THAT one.

HChicky, where are you, did you have dinner with Sneezy?
Bom chicka wow wowww, tee hee hee. My 9 year old always says that. Scary.
Hey guys, my son asked me a question about sex at dinner, he wanted to know how old people were before they started having sex, I really wanted to say 50.
I took the opportunity to talk about condoms, why people use them and that they prevent pregnancy and disease. I gave him the 9 year old version (men have seeds, women have eggs, the condom is like a balloon that goes over your penis to stop the seeds from getting to the egg) after I said this he said, very nonchalantly "I'm going to need some of those condom thingys." The soup came out of my nose, I started choking, is he trying to give me a heart attack? I asked him why he needs some, he said, "For when I'm a teenager." Honestly I'm moving to the woods, no one around for miles, no television, a padlock on the door and a chastity belt for my daughter. Yikes, I need aspirin.
