Weathers weird all over the place. Lots of tornado watches in Fla too. My mom keeps calling me freaking out!

The peepers are sore and tired right now, in fact I think I might have to leave the computer for a while. I didn't sleep very well last night so that might have something to do with it.

The kids go back to school on Monday so I'll get some rest then, for now it's play time and mommy time with the rug rats, after all, I didn't get to do any of the things I planned while they were on Spring break.

And I'm going to go watch The Dog Whisperer, and then a friend is bringing over movies. :) Have a good night you.

I'll probably be around later when sneezy comes back.. Two nites of good sleep would be nice, but doubtful ;)

All right - you enjoy your movie... give Sneezy my love when he gets here... tell him there's a muffin in the back with his name on it. :)

Talk to you girls later! Night!

Hi everyone. I'm back... I just went out to look at a bar/grill that I was interested in getting... and I am pooped.

HC, the muffin isn't there. Starbuck took it. First it was the chocolate off the floor, and now it's the muffin. Ridiculous starbuck. Ridiculous.

No matter, I got your love ;)

It's been crappy weather here for the past 48 hours. Dark and rainy. I'd rather it rain hard and stop, but it's been... lightly misting all day. Gar.

I want to nap... or at least... breathe. However, I must make it out to the local sbucks to do some work... midterm week. Yay. I'm out ladies. Hope all of you are cuddled up by a fireplace with a glass of wine with your favorite book.

    Stay warm. Ciao.

Frustrating to say the least. She thinks she's ready for a child because she babysits her sister. AHHHHH, I so want to strangle something right now, it's like talking to a brick wall. I remember being 16, I know how pig headed I was, and I also know that I didn't think adults knew anything, but how do I get it through her thick teenage skull that she's wrong and I'm right? I just hope she at least thinks about it, otherwise we'll have another teen mom living alone on welfare with her poor child. Really, really frustrating, my head hurts.

Forget the coffee it's time for a beer.

No kidding! Another kid that thinks she has a world of knowledge, and thinks because she can 'babysit' that she is ready to have one. And on who's dime? I'm sure her b/f will stick around too, and they will have the white picket fence and a dog, and they will live happily ever after.

She's already got the dog, but not the white picket fence. She also had a miscarriage a few months ago and she'll be 16 in a few days. What in the world is this world coming to? It's so frustrating, but like I said I might as well be talking to a brick wall for all the good my advice is doing. Seriously, when my kids become teens I'm locking them in their rooms.

Haha, yes... lock them up! I think a lot of it has to do with all of the info that is available to them now really. Just the TV shows alone! Never mind the crap you can find on the internet, and the stuff that goes on in schools.

It's a scary world, and I know all to well the things that teens will do, don't we all? After all, been there, done that. In the end all I can do is talk, talk, and talk and hope that maybe some of it will sink into that thick little teenage skull, but ultimately it's up to her. She doesn't seem to think she'll regret it, I hope she doesn't find out that she's wrong. If only they'd listen to us "older" people, but did we when we were their age?

    Cheers, I'm having a beer.

You should have read some of the things this young girl was saying with a question I answered the other day. She says the internet is her life, and she didn't understand what the rest of us were talking about when we told her to go out and meet some real flesh and blood people! She is convinced that this guy she is talking to is her "best friend in the world" She doesn't know where he lives, she has never met him in person, has never talked to him on the phone... although she says she has met his whole family... uhhmm, you guessed it... on the internet. Yet she has a secret to tell him, and she thinks he will literally have a heart attack when he finds out, and she will just kill herself if he does. Ohhhh, to be young again, LOL
