    Put together a business plan. There are software packages that can help you do this. Other resources are score.org and sba.gov

    Hello, I am also starting an internet café. First off, let me start by saying I have never owned anything short of a vehicle. Lol. So I started with a few seminars, basically the seminars were informative in explaining what the gentle said to you previously. The seminars however went into detail on teaching you how to prepare the business plan, investors to target, the right attitude, networking techniques etc... There are a lot of smart people out there willing to help. You need to take the first step.
