Last period,I don't know I never had one on the shot,but I did spot a few weeks ago,sexual encounter last week,I was on depo for protection I got off because I didn't like the side effects and switched to the pill my boyfriend in 16

If this encounter was only last week, then you can't even test yet. Especially since you haven't resumed your period. It is definitely too soon for any symptoms to manifest themselves.
