    Hello again, tom:

Ron's response would be, "234 just cost you the presidency, Governor".

While killing gets applause at Republican gatherings, it's really NOT popular among the humans.

    Hello again, tom:

Here's the deal... If you looked at it WITH blinders on, and didn't wish to look further, you COULD call it justice... But, if you REALLY looked at it, like a HUMAN would, you'd see that the process is rife with politics, discrimination, and just plain lying and cheating.

That AIN'T justice in ANYBODY'S eyes... As the campaign proceeds, I'm sure others will be mentioning some of the most EGREGIOUS killings the governor participated in. I'm thinking particularly of a father who was WRONGFULLY executed for setting a fire that killed his kids... He was convicted on JUNK SCIENCE! In order to NOT get found out, Perry FIRED the board looking into it, and KILLED the guy anyway. He was INNOCENT!

That's the kind of guy Rick Perry is... Cover your a$$ INSTEAD of doing the right thing...

Its not justice when the guy is innocent and you replace the whole board with guys who won't even look at the new evidence. The other part of that story is that many others have been found innocent, and freed after spending 18, 20, almost 30 years in jail.

That's not justice, either. That's a cover up, and don't worry, those small hidden facts will bite the tough talking Texan in the butt.

    From another site:

List of exonerated death row inmates:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...#United_States

There is no way to tell how many of the over 1,000 people executed since 1976 may also have been innocent. Courts do not generally entertain claims of innocence when the defendant is dead. Defense attorneys move on to other cases where clients' lives can still be saved. Some cases with strong evidence of innocence include:

Carlos DeLuna Texas Conviction: 1983, Executed: 1989
Ruben Cantu Texas Convicted: 1985, Executed: 1993
Larry Griffin Missouri Conviction: 1981, Executed: 1995
    Joseph O'Dell Virginia Conviction: 1986, Executed: 1997
David Spence Texas Conviction: 1984, Executed: 1997
Leo Jones Florida Convicted: 1981, Executed: 1998
Gary Graham Texas Convicted: 1981, Executed: 2000,
Claude Jones Texas Convicted 1989, Executed 2000
Cameron Willingham Texas Convicted: 1992, Executed: 2004

That's quite a list of who was wrongly executed. It's sad that we still have this form of punishment these days.

    Romney: "You've got the hair."
Perry: "No, you've got the hair."
Romney: "No, YOU'VE got the hair.
