I agree you are not hiding your child from him you are portecting your child. If I were in your situation I would do the same thing.

Then you might go to jail too.

Unfortunately for both of you - you would both be placed in jail for "portecting" the child.

What you would do matters little unless you are a Judge or, perhaps, an Attorney.
