I remember when we broke up he said if I start seeing someone he would be very curious, very curious (he repeat) but if I'm happy then he's happy for me. Whatever that means.

He means he would be very jealous very jealous. His pride wouldn't be able to handle that. Let him see you with another man or just give your attention to someone else at your job. I bet that he would loose his mind. He knows that you are crazy over him and nobody else, as soon as you prove him wrong he's going to look so dumb. I think that you should really show him the power of a women scorned. Maybe you should pick a really nice guy at your job, someone that you have been friends with for a while, and just start to give him a little more attention than usual. Don't throw yourself at him just be really nice, try not to make it obvious to your ex or the guy. Try to make it seem like you're a really good co-worker and bud. At the same time ignore him. Don't give him your attention, no I miss you looks, and no more invitations. Treat him how he has treated you like someone he just works with. At the same time I think you should truly mingle because you deserve Mr. Drop Dead Sexy.

Thanks for the advice, I'm not going to invite him to do anything anymore. Although he really did have a lifeguard exam yesturday. But if he can't make it lunch he could have repropose but he didn't. Jerk!

Everyone at my job are all marry so even if I were to be friendly with the other co-worker(s) it probably wouldn't have the same affect because he know they're all married. As for mingle I do have other guy friends that are interested in me for years but you know how they all say "we human always want what we don't have."
