I truly thank you. I would like to give you all apprecation for helping me out and giving me strength in such a hard time. I really don't think I could have pushed myself as far as I did for my sisters sanity.

But all that matters now is that she's happy. And since she's happy.
    I'm happy.

Congratulations!! I was so worried about her! Now my minds at rest... She's finally got out of there!! I know I have no need to say this but I'll say it anyway... you've given her a new start to life... look after her as I know you will and I hope she is very happy living with you!

    Billy,

I am so happy for you... This is something that you wanted and you got it!!

Now, remember the road will not be paved with gold, there will be rough spots. She may need some counseling. Just keep that in mind.

I am not trying to bring you down, as you know that is the last thing I want for the 2 of you right now, but there is also a harsh reality here. She has been mistreated for a long long time. It will not be easy for her if, and when, she has to go to court.

I would all like to give you an update on the situation..

    :)

She's finally settled, both mentally, psyhically, and legally. She is in her 2 week of treatment and she seems to be doing great.
I've enrolled her self defense classes and other classes (such a babysitting, health, gymnastics, and a jelwery class) at my local YMCA.

She says she couldn't be happier. I'm trying to make this the best for her!

Contact the Child Protective Services Agency for your state and tell them everything you've said here. You should also have your father contact them and indicate that he's willing to take custody.
