I think my step children are in danger
I live in Oklahoma. My husband and his ex wife have joint custody of their two children 3 and 6 years old. The children are starting to have bruises on their backs and bottoms. The 6 year old says that she doesn't know where she got them from but my husband and I suspect the mother is taking her anger out on the children. We just hired an attorney and I gave him pictures of the bruises and he said he would take care of it and that the children probably wouldn't go back to their mother, however its been 2 days and the children go back to her tonight and my attorney is in court today and there are new bruises on the kids. Is it OK for us to keep the kids away from the mother at this point because we feel the children are in danger?
