One way to get anyone out of your system is to feel there is NO ONE above yourself... remember each of one of us is breathing every moment and each breath we take is preciously given by God... so realize that each breath that you're taking in her name is getting you NOTHING but despair... DO YOU WANT THAT FOR YOURSELF... when you think about this over and over... ur inner strength will help you become stronger and though u may relate every day instances with her... yet those r memories which should remain with you but SHOULD NOT make you gullible or else you will be nothing but a rudderless ship. Try to devote sometime to yourself alone or simply write down your thoughts, anger, happiness in a diary... that should help... For me, best therapy is to realize NO RELATIONSHIP is permanent... NO ONE lives with you forever... so rise above it and be EMOTIONALLY STRONG so people can respect you. All the best.
