    My plumber has 20 years' experience and read their plumber's bill, but still finds it very confusing. It's all over the place. It seems to say something, but doesn't say anything specific, like what work site he addressed or how the work he did relates to anything else. No pictures or drawings are provided either. For $1200 worth of work, it's amazing he can submit a bill like this.

    If the 2nd floor was backed up because of something in the common drain in the garage, the first floor would have been flooded. Unless the garage is the first floor. The more you say the more this appears to be a total sham.
