    Sorry steve, I don't give out that info, Im sure you can understand. However, It sure looks like that flame is getting pretty carried away from the pics. At this point, it really looks to me like this could be a very large safety concern, beyond me even giving any more advice, other than checking gas pressures, making sure the furnace is set up for the correct gas, and finally, it really may be time to get a pro in there to take look and do a hands on trouble shooting of the furnace. That flame is getting way to close to the gas valve (or at least it appears that way in the pics). Time to play it safe and call in a tech. Sorry I couldn't be of further assistance. I really thought we had it nailed. Good luck and let me know how things work out.

    Hi mygirlsdad77,

    Thank you all your help. Maybe the used pilot light assembly I got from eBay is also bad. I think I'm going to give another try with a brand new pilot light assembly. I will let you know if that will make a difference.
