    Set your boundaries straight. After ten months the whole "we can't live without each other" seems not possible. I think that is the way you are feeling. However, in his mind he is just sleeping with you, trying to get in your pants. That is why he doesn't want to commit, but still wants the benefit of commitment. And it seems like you are falling for it. If you are OK with being the booty call then don't change anything, if you want to be respected and be with someone that wants you for more than your body, then break this up and find someone else.
