This is sort of an update. Sooo a few weeks ago my ex emails me on a Friday and tells me he is moving 15 hours away, in a week to start a new job. I only got 80 dollars of the CS that I was supposed to get and he said he would report his new job as soon as he got there. To date, he has done nothing. Also with him having a new job, and also in the reserves should I file contemp/modification to just square this away in court? Im just tired of him not doing what he says and I have chosen to just let him get himself together before going in to court. Im OK with the CS as is, but if he is not paying, or paying whenand what he wants, it gets frustrating. Should I wait a little longer or just file? |
