    Yes, and usually sideways. If the HP isn't listed, post the complete product #.

    Did you ever perform the status code recall that I mentioned earlier? It would provide more valuable clues...

    I know it gave me codes for ignitor lockout ~ 14 or 41 ~ something about calibrations... I'd have to look I know what they were whenever I look at the door...

    If you read the whole "SERVICE" label, it will describe the procedure. The thing is, stored codes will be auto-erased after 72 hours if they don't recur.
