In this case and not wishing to hyjack this thread. My fellow posters and board regulers have offered excellent advice already and I was keeping track of this thread. When I read your response you may have been suggesting the OP do something illegal. Sometimes its difficult at best if you make a blanket statement to have it stick across the board. That's why I felt it best to get the correction out there. Recording a conversation and only one side knows can be a bad idea if yor state doesn't cover it. That's why most of the time we try to nail down the laws as it applies and also for future readers of the thread for reference.

yes he pays the child support but even if he doesn't they'll take it out of his checking acount.

and I want him to visit her. She needs her dad in her life. But he wanted to come at like 8 at night and wanted me to wake her up for him cause hed rather play video games and play with his friends after work. It was to hard on the baby doing it that late. And he would randomly say OK I'm coming over and expect me to drop everything for him so I came up with a scheduale.

also I told him it didn't have to be at my house I would meet him anywhere. His house his friends a park anywhere. He always just came to my house.

Okay the facts remain the same. He will get visitation, if you can prove him to be a danger then it will be supervised if not then it won't be. Like I said before all you can do is have everything prepared for court to have the best case you can. But in the end he will get visitation at the time and for the duration that the judge sets.

Can a judge force you to use formula on visitations?
Can a judge force you to use formula on visitations? I'm breastfeeding and can't get any out on the pump.

Can he? Yes. Will he? Probably not. Best to have a note from your doctor though.

No, he can't force the formula but you will need a doctors note saying that you are physically unable to pump. After the child is one year old yes he is very likely to get overnight visitation. Even if you are still breast feeding (it isn't the main source of nutrition at that point so will only be seen as you trying to get out of the court order).
