    He gave him this year, the other year are TBD.

    I am trying to understand how the original order stays in effect, when custody changes. The reason the alternate years was agreed was because he was supposedly going to be selling real estate and because we were sharing custody... we are no longer sharing custody and he has never worked or sold real estate since claiming he would have that income.

    He originally told me he wanted every other year because on his years since I would get more he would still allow me to claim her but that on his years I would have to split my return with him. That is his motivation, he thinks that is what I will do.
