Yes, no contact is the best thing - if it helps, build yourself up for being strong enough to keep the no contact going! Eventually, you won't have to force yourself to do it because it will be second nature and then, amazingly, there will be new people in your life to love, not some dude who didn't have the stones to at least tell you to your face what his problem was.

Yeah I spose so!! Doing it by text was so guttless but I'm so fustrted and just want to no!! Getting over him will be easy but not knowing why he finished it is annoying!! We never had 1 argument for the 8months we wer together!! And had got back from holiday and had another booked in a few months??

Hey, trust me, I know exactly what you're talking about. I'll bet anger was what you felt more than anything, right?
This person was a coward, first and foremost. Do you really care what his explanation is? You don't want to talk to him until he gets what he needs to at least deal with you face to face and the only way you can know that he has that is by him reaching back out to you, not the other way round. He's done you a favor, you should be grateful. |

Hi all,
I have started reading "Its called a breakup because its broken", it has me rolling on the floor.. My boyfriend and I split on Sunday< today is Thursday... the best thing is "NO CONTACT", yes, we all subconsciously hope that we get back together, but break ups are learning experiences.. I cried, I wallowed in self pity, blamed myself, blamed him, I wanted to call.. fought of the urges... LOL.. all in all... I put in a lot of work... Im smiling today because I have taken the time to reflect on the relationship and why it ended... Be selfish! Now is your time, psychologically if you ignore them, they will want you more eventually.. especially if you exhibited co-dependency issues in the relationship.. he will be going insane trying to figure out how come you got over him so quickly.. your biggest issue will be..
