unfortunately the answer isnt easy... honestly, "dry" with clothes on, is really much less likely to result in pregnancy than any kind of intercourse... with withdrawal, protection, etc...

but, im not going to sit here and try to figure out how much is "safe"... what... am i supposed to say "dry" is ok in all cases? hell no. if he comes and he saturates his clothing and he is pressed against her could it happen? sure. less likely than with intercourse? yes. what was he wearing? what was she wearing? underwear against panties isnt the same as jeans and underwear against shorts and panties... but im not going to sit here and address that noise.

but you asked about possible. and possible has a big arse domain... a wide spread... improbable things happen... if he came in his clothes, saturated his clothes, and pressed into her... is it possible. oh sure. not likely isnt the same as not possible.

You cannot get pregnant with your clothes on. Feeling a guys penis in the vagina through clothes is because of his erection. Sex is the ACTUAL penis entering the vagina... not clothing... you cannot get pregnant Through a pair of pants! And you can't get pregnant by swallowing sperm!
