If the one is in prison he is easy, you know where he is, a court ordered DNA test ( like you are being told) they know where he is, the medical staff at prison can take the DNA sample.

I hope you know you have to go to Court and try to get guardianship. At this point I see nothing you can prove that makes her a danger to the child, and that's what counts.

You MUST retain an Attorney.

Excellent - try your local Bar Association. They "should" have a list of Attorneys.
