Galveston, we all know your voting for John McCain. And of course that's not a revelation as I think Sarah Palin appeals to your view of common sense. Personally I don't doubt that Sarah Palin is at least of average intelligence. Thus far there's just not much info on the VP candidate and maybe that's the way John McCain campaign prefers it by design. Perhaps her college grades will eventually be disclosed. Was she a good student? I don't know. Palin apparently attended five colleges in a six years. For whatever reasons she moved around a lot. She majored in journalism with an emphasis on broadcast news. And by the way what proof do you have that she is middle class? I have yet to see any tax records. I know she cut her own governor salary down to 80k, and that her and hubby own forty percent in a car wash. I don't know what other businesses she has, investments, etc... or the total household income.

I can't believe the hysteria by the Obots over Palin . It's hilarious !
As John Batchelor put it :

Each time Sarah Palin is attacked for being on Planet Earth, she becomes more powerful. What is happening to the Democrats is self-torment.

I'm just waiting for the scrutiny over Biden's pick . Him being in the Senate longer than the "old Guy" means there is plenty to vett. Did Obama know the relationship between the Senator and his lobbyist son ? Funny pick for someone who claims to be the candidate of change if you ask me.

Change? Well Tom, I have to admit Palin provides the Dems with humorous remarks. So that's why McCain voted with Dubya an average ninety percent of the time. Like I said before, when McCain chose Palin by doing so he shoved her feet into the coals.

Bobby . Since most of those votes are routine roll call it can be argued that Obama voted with President Bush 80% of the time. I'm sure he's proud of that !

Lol I'm having so much fun watching Dems squirm

Palin floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee

Then there was Sally Quinn who wrote a scathing article about Palin and after Palin's DNC address admitted she was wrong about Palin.

Or the fact that Zeus Obama dispatched Evita to Fla. To campaign against the McCain ticket and all she has is praise for Palin.

Awww, thanks for promoting my posts, NK. I'm not sure why though, of those first 25 posts the subject was specifically Obama in 7 of those posts - dating back to April. Wow, I've averaged initiating 1 1/2 posts per month on Obama according to you and you call that hysteria? LOL, you've smeared me more often than that.

You guys get caught lying, disseminating false info, and being hypocritical buggers - I don't understand why anyone wants to live their life like that; is that what a republican is?

I don't follow, NK, you're not making sense. I gave a simple contrast between what "I've" been doing and what "you've" been doing. According to your search I haven't initiated a post on Obama since July 12. You've insulted me at least twice in the last ten days, including your attempt to show my 'hysteria' and trying to portray me as a pervert. Seems you have more hysteria over me than I do over Obama.

You constantly post about Obama, that constitutes hysteria in Tom's world.

Since you guys have come here at AMHD your main motive is to slam people and ideas that are different than yours. If that is what conservatives do then I can understand why they have enemies since it appears to be a culture of divisiveness. From the examples on this forum it seems that to be a republican is crap on everyone that is not like you. I see in McCain's campaign as well and in Palin's speech.

What part of the facts don’t you understand, NK? You linked to my posts, of which 18 of the first 25 were not about Obama and none of those in the last two months. If you’re going to accuse me you really should get your facts in order – unless you enjoy looking foolish.

And that’s coming from someone that says "McCain…is ill and his faculties are failing” and calls Cindy McCain a “trollop”? You’ve unwittingly validated my suggestion that “liberalism=hypocrisy” by once again engaging in the very attacks you attribute to others. That my friend is exactly what contributes to the “culture of divisiveness” you claim to detest.

You are mistaken. According to CNN, in the past two years it was forty-seven percent of the time (40-50 % range).

    Running Alaska - WSJ.com

In Alaska, the Governor has line-item veto power over the budget and can only be overridden by a three-quarters majority of the Legislature. In 1992, the year Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton was elected President, his state budget was $2 billion and among the smallest in the country. Compared to that, Sarah Palin is an executive giant.
