I doubt she'd give him that advice and besides, he'd just be wasting everybody's time.

I don't think he'd be wasting anybodies time... he might get resolution or not but in any case it would be in a legal way. His initial gut reaction to stalk is likely to only lead to trouble for one or both of them. Not the best way to get justice.

Why pursue legal action against someone you can't beat unless you're trying to raise awareness of a problem? It would waste his time, her time, and our country's resources. What he needs to do is grow up, move on with his life, and maybe learn to use protection when he's having sex.

Who says you can't beat it? DNA strains can prove it was her if it's the case, it's a communicable disease with no current cure that she knew she had and failed to tell him about. That's grounds for a lawsuit, If you ran around giving people TB because you refused treatment you would be liable and that can be cured.
I'll agree if he was smart he would hire a lawyer and stop the stalking. Let a judge and jury settle the issue once and for all in a legal manner.

Darling, I'm sure you're not as evil as the girl who three of my boyfriends cheated on me with; The girl who know for two years she had herpes and recklessly passed it around, I must say be was beyond acceptable. Yet on the same level, you must give people a choice. That's not fair. You can't prove he's slept with 48 women as he can't prove you were the one who gave him herpes. Love- well, that's a thing in itself. And if you love someone, you never want them to be hurt as you were hurt. Accept his wrath- he's angry, as he should be. Take the blows of the verbal abuse, because you must take responsibility for your irresponsibility. And don't get drunk and spread incurable STDs. It's not fair.

I've had check ups by a gyno and all seems well, but for the last 5 or so years, I have had a bump show up on the hair area down there. It shows up maybe 2 or three times a year, so I always forget to ask about it at the gyno. Once he saw it and said what is that, and I said I don't know, and...
