I have a daughter who when she was a baby would fight sleep something fierce during the day but slept well of a night as well Until it was suggested that I try using a white noise for her during nap time. The first couple of times I tried I wasn't sure it would work but by about the fourth day she was going down for her naps rather easy and sleeping for about 2 hours at a time.

This little stinker! Doing sooo much better, taking to the schedule, it's a bit more stretched out as wake time goes, but she's great! And to make a liar out of mommy, we went home to visit grandma, and the first night, and almost every night following she slept through the night. And also was taking looong naps, sometimes 3 hours at a time. I was getting bored. :) now it looks like we are beginning the teething phase of things. That aught to throw everything off. She's a drool box. She doesn't seem too cranky about it yet. 4 month check up in 2 days. I think she has more than doubled her birth weight already, and is verrryyy curious about everything I'm eating. Now its getting fun... :D

Sounds great. Thanks for the update! So glad things are better for you both. That's the beauty of the schedule you can adjust it to the needs of your daughter. Sure does make a difference for some kids.:)
